fortunately the going was soft to heavy but its not a nice site to sit up and see a bone dangling out of your arm. I feel like bionic man now with plates, bolts and screws in my arm. Lucky the parts must have been galvanised so there is no rust, unlike my brain.

94kg poor horse. No fat, just pure South African beef with a touch of Scottish haggis and Italian charm. :ohmy:
