go into the bathroom place a wet towel under the door and seal off vents(some extractors only activate once you put on the light or flush) ... let gas out of gas bottle and done ... that's my thinking

.....need not be that technical....medical breathing mask....inert gas....pop a few sleeping pills....lay down on bed....apply mask....go to sleep....breath in an inert gas devoid of oxygen....and never wake up.... :oops:
